It allows to quickly bring the temperature to + 3 ° C in the heart of the product, reducing the natural evaporation, maintaining the moisture and preventing the proliferation of bacteria after cooking.

By the perfect control of the air and the temperature inside THE ONE, all the organoleptic characteristics of the product are kept intact.
